E-ternity's Monthly Managed Services Program Shows Strong Results in 2008

E-ternity TraumaCentre Exceeds Corporate Expectations in its First Year, Puts Organization in Strong Position for 2009

Mississauga, Ontario - February 13, 2009

E-ternity Business Continuity Consultants Inc. a Mississauga, Ontario based organization that provides monthly managed services that guarantee business continuance to customers despite any threat, announced that its E-ternity TraumaCentre suite of monthly managed services exceeded the organization's expectations in its first year. Sales of its monthly managed services increased by 183% in the second half of 2008 compared to the first half, and over 53% of 2008 contracts were signed in the fourth quarter alone. The organization expects this trend to accelerate into 2009.

E-ternity TraumaCentre™ is a suite of services that guarantee business continuance to companies by transferring selective day-to-day management responsibilities as a strategic method for improved effective and efficient operations. E-ternity introduced these services in January of 2008. E-ternity experienced universal acceptance from its customer base which validated the organization's decision to modify their business model in late 2007.

"The economic downturn has changed the criteria for business decisions. During this recession, companies will not invest in any solution or service that does not deliver guaranteed results, reduced management burden, predictable costs, and flexibility," began Greg Onoprijenko, E-ternity's Managing Director of Sales. "The E-ternity TraumaCentre monthly services deliver on every one of these points and require no upfront capital investment whatsoever."

Customers who invested in the E-ternity TraumaCentre™ suite included Crawford and Company Canada, Torkin Manes LLP, Heritage Education Funds, Algorithmics, ProMobility Wireless, and Xenos.

"During these challenging economic times, the E-ternity TraumaCentre™ services represent a zero-risk investment to businesses," added Michael Aaron, Managing Director of Client Experience for E-ternity. "If customers' requirements change or they do not receive the value they expect in these services, they can cancel at any time and shift their focus on alternatives. That is the attraction."

E-ternity invested in a number of new managed services alliance relationships in 2008. At the forefront was Ingram Micro. Ingram Micro's innovative Seismic Managed Services partner program was instrumental in helping E-ternity crystallize its go-to-market strategy. Justin Crotty, Ingram Micro's Vice President of Services for North America, commented on E-ternity's success. "E-ternity has had tremendous success with their Managed Services portfolio, and we have been fortunate enough to play a role in their development," Crotty reflected. "E-ternity has quickly established itself as one of the leading Managed Services Providers participating in Ingram's Seismic Managed Services program."

Guy Netaneli, E-ternity's Managing Director of Services commented on the outlook for 2009. "Although we had exceptional results with our monthly services last year, 2008 was a year of heavy program development," explained Netaneli. "Now that the framework and foundation has been laid, we can focus strictly on sales and minor service enhancements in the upcoming year. Our expectation is that 2009 will be a record year for the E-ternity services organization."
