E-ternity Announces Management Structure Changes

E-ternity Modifies Management Structure of its Executive Leadership Team to Drive New Business in Managed Services, Further Develop its Existing Professional Services Practice, and Enhance the Organization's Overall Client Experience

Mississauga, Ontario - July 31, 2008

E-ternity Business Continuity Consultants Inc, a Mississauga, Ontario based organization that provides solutions and services that guarantee their customers the ability to continue to conduct their day to day business without interruption despite any threat, would like to announce the following changes to their management structure effective August 1, 2008.

Due to the extraordinary customer response to theintroduction of E-ternity TraumaCentre™ Managed Services suite in 2008, the organization has decided to modify its existing management structure to both accelerate the adoption of its monthly Managed Services business model for brand new customers while maintaining a proper balance of E-ternity's traditional project-based business model known to E-ternity's existing customer base. 

Greg Onoprijenko, E-ternity's Managing Director of Sales, will take on additional responsibilities focused on the strategic direction and development of E-ternity TraumaCentre™E-ternity has experienced double-digit sales growth under Greg's leadership over the past 4 years and Greg will continue to manage E-ternity's sales business moving forward.  Greg's increased focus in this area is expected to increase the broad penetration rate of its already-successful Managed Services business.

Michael Aaron has been appointed to the position of Managing Director, Client Experience.  This is a new position specifically created to focus on the organization's existing customer base.  With E-ternity's explosive growth over the last 4 years, E-ternity's customer base has expanded quickly.  In order to meet the increased demand and to guarantee the company's ability to continue to deliver the high level of service that its customers have come to expect, E-ternity has decided to make a significant investment and commitment to its existing customers by creating a specialized position with their immediate needs in mind.  Michael's responsibilities include the development of a Client Experience program to maintain and even increase Customer Satisfaction scores where possible, as well as continue to drive opportunities for E-ternity's traditional project-based sales model.

Guy Netaneli has been promoted to the position of Managing Director, Services for E-ternity.  Guy recently held the position of Manager, High Availability Data Services in which he was responsible for the development and execution of E-ternity's High Availability IT Infrastructure Professional Services.  Guy will now assume full responsibility for the management and development of E-ternity's entire Professional Services portfolio including the aforementioned High Availability Data Services practice,  E-ternity's Business Continuity Management Services Practice, and E-ternity's Voice Continuity Services practice.

Anthony Coxall, E-ternity's Manager of Business Continuity Management Services, will take on additional responsibilities focused on IT Security.  Anthony's business background includes extensive experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, including various IT Security projects.  Because of E-ternity's strategic decision to develop its IT Security Managed Services practice, E-ternity has brought the IT Security services practice into Anthony's portfolio.

E-ternity is expecting these management changes to significantly drive overall revenue growth and enhance their delivery capabilities in the months and years ahead.
