The Ingram Micro Services Advisory Council (SAC) was formed over a decade ago to help Ingram Micro understand the evolving IT channel services market and get client input on strategies and service offerings to pursue. Over that period of time, and with the consistent feedback and insight provided by its SAC council members, Ingram has developed an aggressive and industry-leading services organization. Ingram strives to leverage the SAC to help understand service market trends, get direct insight into the needs of its solution provider client base, and ultimately deliver quality services and capabilities to help those solution providers grow profitably and be successful.
