e-ternity Enjoys Early Success With its Channel Partner Program
e-ternity Expects 2012 to Be a Strong Year for its e-ternity SkyCentre Partner Program
March 19, 2012: e-ternity Business Continuity Consultants Inc. a leading technology services organization that provides monthly internet-based services that guarantee business continuance to businesses internationally, today announced that its e-ternity SkyCentre Partner Program has enjoyed early success in 2012 based on the high volume of partners that have joined the program and number of services already deployed.
e-ternity SkyCentre is a portfolio of monthly cloud computing services delivered by e-ternity that enables companies to selectively outsource technology-related tasks to an expert third party organization. The e-ternity SkyCentre Partner Program provides existing IT solution providers with turn-key cloud services for them to sell to their customers without the significant up-front business investment typically associated with launching a new service offering.
e-ternity has been successfully delivering cloud computing services to customers throughout North America since 2007. Having predicted strong-demand for outsourced IT services, e-ternity invested heavily in computer hardware, software, and data centre expenses to develop its own cloud computing IT environment. This investment enabled the organization to provide high quality outsourced technology services to its customers for an affordable monthly fee. Because of strong demand from other IT solution providers, e-ternity decided to make its service portfolio available for re-sale in 2011.

Launched in July of 2011, e-ternity has been extremely successful in recruiting IT solution providers throughout North America. Chris Smith, e-ternity’s Partner Program Consultant, is the architect of the program. Smith commented on the ideal partner. “e-ternity partners typically are small IT solution providers that don’t have an abundance of resources, but recognize the need to offer cloud computing services to their customers.”
In addition to the cloud services themselves, e-ternity’s program also offers extensive training via a two day onsite Cloud KickStart course that covers business, sales, and technical topics.
“The purpose of the course is to accelerate the learning curve for these partners so that their path to revenue is as short as possible,” said Smith. “Feedback from the partners on the training has been spectacular.”
