Managing Director, Sales

Greg is a co-founder of e-ternity and his strength of leadership is a critical factor to its success. Greg has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario and with over fifteen years of business and sales experience in the high tech sector, Greg’s background is extensive and his track record is impressive.

As a highly decorated Senior Executive running the largest region in Canada for Ricoh (then Lanier), Greg’s achievements include District Manager of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year, President’s Club, Century Club, and other Top Performer awards. While in a Sales role with Enterprise Storage leader EMC Corporation, Greg successfully penetrated the Mid Market space securing a significant number of net-new customers by providing them with frictionless access to their business-critical information. Most recently, as a Business Continuity Sales Specialist with TELUS, Greg co-developed the Business Continuity program as it exists today resulting in a respectable increase in revenue for this portfolio at TELUS overall.

Greg’s primary responsibilities with e-ternity are to drive revenues from a sales perspective, run the day-to-day business operations, manage partner relationships, and provide overall strategic direction for the organization. Greg is an accomplished industry veteran who has published articles in various business publications and presently sits on Ingram Micro's Services Advisory Council for Managed Services.

Michael Aaron

Michael Aaron

Managing Director, Client Experience

Michael is a co-founder of e-ternity. His formal education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto and a Telecommunications Engineering Diploma from Sheridan College. With over fifteen years of intense and progressive professional experience, he has the perfect blend of Business Continuity, Data Storage, and Telecommunications expertise.

Michael’s networking and telecommunications experience began with Bay Networks (which later became Nortel Networks), and then Cosine Communications. As a Systems Engineer, he gained significant experience on a number of high profile projects while increasing performance and efficiencies in customer data centres. At EMC Corporation, Michael was ranked as the top Senior Sales Engineer in North America for the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) sector. Michael worked very successfully developing business continuity solutions for end customers in this market, which spanned many verticals including manufacturing, retail, small public sector and healthcare. His most recent role was as a Business Continuity Sales Specialist with TELUS, where Michael co-developed the Business Continuity program. His ability to successfully articulate TELUS’ value proposition to customers was one of the reasons this program was one of the fastest growing initiatives in the company.

Michael's primary responsibilities with e-ternity are to service the organization's existing customer base and to ensure that every single e-ternity customer is completely satisfied with their experience.

Guy Netaneli

Guy Netaneli

Managing Director, Services

Guy fills a critical role for e-ternity as Managing Director, Services. He has fifteen years of Information Technology and Professional Services experience, ranging from development and implementation of new technologies, systems architecture and migrations, consulting, project management roles, and managing Services teams.

Over the course of his career, Guy has held positions as both a Services Consultant and an end user in various IT production environments, with hands-on experience in a number of different Unix and Windows platforms. His work experience includes working for Arqana Technologies as a Senior Post Sales Consultant in High Availability Data Solutions, and most recently as a Senior Services Consultant with TELUS delivering implementation services around new technologies, systems architecture, migrations, consulting, and project management.

Guy has extensive technical experience with:

  • High availability technologies (e.g. cluster software, redundant storage arrays, etc.)
  • Data migration projects
  • Storage and Server Consolidation Projects
  • Backup and Recovery Environments
  • Disaster Recovery Projects

Guy's primary responsibility for e-ternity is to develop and manage the strategies and methodologies for e-ternity's entire Professional Services practice on a day to day basis. With Guy's expertise, customers will quickly gain appreciation for his in-depth knowledge of the portfolio, which will add to the overall positive customer experience with e-ternity.

Anthony Coxall

Anthony Coxall

Manager, Business Continuity Management Services

Tony joins e-ternity after 20 years of diverse Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery experience with a number of the country's most respected organizations such as Sears Canada Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., and Enbridge Consumers Gas. Tony has acquired specific skill sets around project planning and execution over the course of his career. His contributions have led to the development of Business Impact Analyses & Disaster Recovery methodologies and frameworks that are now being used as guidelines throughout the Provincial Government. His solutions have traditionally emphasized business continuity, risk assessment analyses, and software security including virus alerts.

In addition to his Business Continuity experience, Tony has also helped organizations implement strategies to address various government policies regarding privacy and compliancy. He has served in some very demanding environments, having risen to the challenge of auditing the current policies and procedures of organizations in some of Canada's most regulated industries.

Tony is an Associate Business Continuity Professional under the Disaster Recovery Institute Program.

Tony is responsible for developing the strategies and methodologies for e-ternity's entire Business Continuity Management and Security Services practice on a day to day basis.
